Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel rooms were spacious with a very nice view of the firework show on UAE National Day and had all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. While the room was superb like any ordinary hotel room in Dubai, the only drawback was the view not being the best from every angle.
My stay at DoubleTree Hilton Al Jadaf was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable, although the view was not the best, and there was a bit of a rush getting into the shuttle. The service, on the other hand, was mixed, with some staff being kind and caring, while others seemed to need more training. The location, near Al Jadaf Metro station, was convenient for getting around Dubai easily. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with tasty food but long queues for breakfast. Overall, the facilities were decent, offering basic amenities for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers good and nice rooms, although they are quite small. The service is excellent with kind staff, a great breakfast, and a pool area with nice views. The location is convenient with the metro close by but lacks nearby attractions. The dining experience is satisfactory. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service but could improve the room size and dining options.
When I arrived at 4 pm, there was a bit of a fuss because the rooms weren't ready by 3, but luckily, once settled in, it was quite comfortable. The service was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff, like Taher at the reception, who even offered a later check-out if needed. The location, although a bit far from central Dubai, is well-connected with a nearby metro station. The dining experience had a variety of options to choose from, making it a good meal choice. However, explaining the situation for children seemed a bit tricky, and there was an undisclosed charge for an extra bed.
I had a great time at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with a very nice view to the fireworks on the UAE National Day and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean, and the service from staff members like Shine, Dilhara, Cristy, and especially Tushar was excellent. The location was good for accessing the metro but a bit far from central Dubai, and the dining experience had its high and low points. Overall, a comfortable and friendly stay.
The hotel offers superb rooms similar to any other ordinary hotel in Dubai, with the only downside being the view. The service is top-notch, making the holiday experience enjoyable, with attentive staff ready to assist. The location is excellent, just a stone's throw away from the metro station. The dining options are good, although not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and facilities at a reasonable price.
The hotel has some room for improvement with cleaning standards and room readiness upon arrival but saves the day with its friendly and excellent service provided by Taher. The location is a mix of being great and not easily identifiable, and the dining experience, though busy, offers a good variety of options.
I found my stay quite peaceful as the rooms were well taken care of and quite comfortable. However, they overlooked buildings with no sunlight at all. The service was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is also pet-friendly. The location was a bit under construction which led to noise in the morning and a lot of dirt. Dining options were poor, and the facilities were nothing special.
The hotel offers superb rooms but lacks dining options outside, with very helpful service. The location is convenient with nearby metro access and a nice bar, though surrounded by average cafes. The dining was good with Spanish dishes available. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel rooms are superb, just like any room you'd find in an ordinary Dubai hotel, with the only drawback being the limited view. The double bed setup is unacceptable. The location is great for accessing downtown and the City Center, with convenient access to public transport and the airport, though there is some nearby construction. The service needs improvement with a rude attitude towards customers and the requirement of an internet fee.
The hotel rooms are superb, resembling those of any ordinary hotel in Dubai, with the only downside being the view. The hotel placed us, older guests, next to families, leading to disturbances from children late at night, but providing an extra bed for our kid. Overall, the stay was good.
I had a mixed experience during my stay at the hotel. The rooms, although equipped with Double King Size beds, were not cleaned promptly even after reminders and appeared smaller than depicted in the photos, giving an old and neglected impression. On the bright side, the service, particularly thanks to Tushar, was exceptional, with a clean and quiet environment, good Wi-Fi connectivity, and healthy, delicious food options. The location, despite being somewhat under construction and lacking proper signage, was convenient, close to a metro station and a mall for tour buses. However, there were challenges explaining the location to taxi drivers. Facilities were decent, with room for improvement in maintenance.
The hotel rooms are superb in comfort, just like any room you'd find in Dubai. However, the view isn't the best from any angle. The service was warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs. The location is convenient and close to transportation options, but there is ongoing construction nearby. The dining experience was average, with repetitive food choices. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel has good size rooms, but they can get stuffy at times due to the lack of fresh air circulation. Although not ready upon arrival, the room placement was not ideal next to families with noisy children. The service is super nice and always helpful. The location is okay for accessing major Dubai attractions but not safe due to the surrounding construction sites. The dining options are limited but tasty. The facilities are good overall.
The hotel offered good and nice rooms, though on the smaller side, but our experience improved when we were moved to a better room after a tough day. The staff were equipped to handle customer concerns and were very kind. The breakfast was great, and the pool area had nice views. The hotel's proximity to the metro was convenient, though there wasn't much around the immediate area.
