I found the breakfast had a good selection. The free shuttle to the city center was very helpful. The rooftop pool added value to my stay. I appreciated the staff friendliness.

the staff was very polite and helpful. the breakfast had a good selection. there was a convenient shuttle service to the city running three times per day.
the rooms felt basic and had a slight stale smell upon entry. the views shown online did not match the actual views from the rooms or the rooftop pool. the rooftop pool overlooked other buildings rather than the skyline, that was disappointing.

The front desk staff readily accommodated my late check-in during the night. i was granted a late check-out at 2 p.m., which i greatly appreciated. the breakfast selection included good variety. The food was very fresh. the staff demonstrated excellent customer service.
The gym didn't open until quite late. I felt the opening hours should have been earlier.
